This thesis encompasses the idea that the physical universe is built up by the five Platonic Solids which are found inside the image of the ancient symbols of the Vesica Piscis, Flower of Life and Metatron’s Cube. These are important images of sacred geometry which touches on Plato’s dialogue with Timaeus about the elements of creation. This conversation also has a brief discourse on the allegory of the cave in the way that we see shadows and space. Sacred geometry and the concept of the golden ratio dictates the design within these sculptures.
