Cane refers to rods of glass with color. These can be simple or rather complex, mixing patterns and colors to create different images in the piece that is made. Some pieces in this section utilize another technique called incalmo. Incalmo is joining two or more blown sections of glass together to create one piece that has a distinct line in-between each part.
